The short version
storage (local only)QuickMail is a Chrome browser extension — an offline email template manager. It lets you create, organize, and instantly copy email templates with variable placeholders like {{name}}, {{company}}, and {{email}}. You can categorize templates, tag them, mark favorites, search instantly, and track usage. All data is stored locally on your device.
This Privacy Policy explains exactly how the extension handles your information. The short answer: it doesn't handle your information externally at all — everything stays on your device.
QuickMail does not collect any personal data. Below is a complete inventory of what we do and do not collect:

The only data that exists is stored locally on your device using Chrome's built-in chrome.storage.local API. This data never leaves your browser.

You can delete all this data at any time: open QuickMail → Settings → Clear All Data, or uninstall the extension to remove everything permanently.
QuickMail requests only one permission:
Used exclusively to save your email templates, categories, tags, favorites, usage statistics, and theme preference to chrome.storage.local on your own device. No data leaves your device. This is the minimum permission required for any template manager to persist data between browser sessions.
tabs, activeTab, history, bookmarks, scripting, notifications, alarms, or any host permissions. We deliberately use the absolute minimum required.
QuickMail has zero third-party involvement of any kind.
QuickMail does not load or execute any remote code. Every line of JavaScript is included in the extension package installed from the Chrome Web Store. We do not use external <script> tags, dynamic eval(), or WebAssembly from external sources.
QuickMail is a productivity tool intended for general business and personal use. Since the extension collects no personal data from any user whatsoever, it poses no specific privacy risk to minors. We comply fully with COPPA and equivalent regulations.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and publish the updated version at this same URL. Since QuickMail collects no data and has no user accounts, we have no way to notify users by email.
